Cats We Welcome

Ensure your cat's comfort and safety at our cat hotel in Phuket. Please note our guidelines for a purr-fect stay:

• Minimum age of 3 months.
• Complete essential vaccinations required (Rabies, Leukemia, Measles.)
• Cats that are regularly administered with flea and tick drops.
• Healthy with no transmittable diseases, ticks, fleas, or ear mites.
• Gentle and friendly cats: We kindly request that you bring cats without any signs of aggression.
• Male cats must be neutered if they are older than 9 months old.
• Female cats must not be in the heat for mating.

Cats arriving in a state that compromises their well-being (dirty, smelly, etc.) may not be accepted to maintain the health and safety of all our guests. Please read our Safety & Hygiene protocols.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Planning a kitty retreat? Here's what you need to consider:

Booking a Room

A 50% deposit secures your cat's spot.

The remaining balance is due upon drop-off.

A full deposit is required for special occasions (New Year's, Songkran, etc).

Drop-off & Pick-up

Time to whisk your feline friend away? Here's the scoop:

• Specific times: Let us know when you'll drop off and pick up your cat.
• Pick-up time: Cats must be collected by 5:30 PM. Delayed pickup is charged 150 baht until 20:00. After that, we will charge an extra night.
• Late? Consider an extra night for the next day.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

A full refund is returned to cancellations 15 days before arrival.

A 50% refund is returned to cancellations 7 days before arrival.

No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival.

No refunds for reduced stays after check-in.

Extended stay: If your chosen room tier is available, the accommodation is provided at the same rate. If the rooms are full, temporary housing is discussed ad hoc.

• Vaccination record for the health check.
• Copy of owner's ID card/passport.

• Hours: Visit between 10:00-17:00.
• Scheduled visits: Make an appointment to discuss your furry friend's stay.

Notes:

* Pet abandonment is a crime in Thailand under "the Animal Cruelty Prevention and Animal Welfare Provision Act, 2557 BE".

Cats shall be deemed abandoned if they are not retrieved at the agreed-upon appointment time, and communication has yet to be initiated with us for alternative arrangements. Rest assured, and we shall vigorously pursue legal action through all available means against the owner. Furthermore, the owner will be held fully accountable for all related expenses incurred during this course of action. Our commitment to this matter is resolute and unwavering.

** Should your cat fall ill during their stay with us, we shall promptly inform you and arrange a visit to the veterinarian. The owner will bear the associated expenses, as indicated in the hospital bill.

*** In situations of a cat's illness or unfortunate demise during or after their cat hotel stay, we do not assume responsibility. We stand firm in our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and meticulous hygiene, underpinned by our pre-check health record requirements.

Lazy Cat Spa

Welcome to Lazy Cat Hotel's Cat Spa. By scheduling an appointment and using our cat grooming services, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Appointment Booking

All spa services require an appointment. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept cash and QR code payments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your cat, but the service may be shortened or rescheduled.

Health & Vaccinations

For the safety of all cats, we require proof of up-to-date vaccinations, including rabies and FVRCP (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, and Panleukopenia). Cats with contagious conditions will not be accepted for grooming.

Aggressive Behavior

If your cat displays aggressive behavior during grooming, we may need to stop the service to ensure the safety of our groomers and other cats.

Special Requests

If your cat has specific needs or medical conditions, please inform us in advance so that we can provide the appropriate care.

Safety & Liability

While we take utmost care in providing grooming services, there are inherent risks. Lazy Cat Hotel will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during the grooming process.

Photos & Videos

We may take photos and videos of cats during grooming for documentation and promotional purposes.
