• Sterilization Procedures: After each cat's stay, we rigorously sterilize and sanitize the cat houses to ensure a fresh and clean environment for the next guest.
• Daily Cleaning Routine: Our dedicated staff empties the litter boxes twice daily and thoroughly cleans the cat rooms to provide a tidy and inviting space for your cat.
• Cat-Friendly Cleaning Products: We exclusively use safe cleaning products for cats and won't compromise their health.
• Air Quality Management: Each cat room features a ventilator and purifier, ensuring optimal air quality that promotes your cat's well-being.
• Temperature & Humidity Monitoring: We closely monitor room temperature and humidity in each cat room, using dedicated thermometers to maintain a comfortable and refreshing atmosphere.
• Filtered Mineral Water: We provide filtered mineral water for your cat's hydration needs, with water fountains available in each cat room.
• Staff Hygiene: Our staff maintains impeccable hygiene by sterilizing their hands before entering the cat rooms. No outsiders are permitted inside the cat rooms, ensuring a secure and peaceful environment.
• Visitor Guidelines: For the safety of our guests, visitors can observe the cat rooms through glass windows and door in the reception. This policy prevents disruptions to the cats and maintains their serene surroundings.

Vaccination Requirements

To ensure the health of all cats in our care:

• We exclusively accept cats who had spot-on treatment the same month as their checkin to prevent the risk of fleas and ticks.
• Only fully vaccinated cats are welcome at our hotel. You must provide a copy of your cat's up-to-date health certificate that verifies all required vaccinations.
• Neutered male cats older than 8 months are accepted to prevent spraying and unwanted odors.
• Cats arriving in a state that compromises their well-being (dirty, smelly, etc.) may not be accepted to maintain the health and safety of all our guests.
