Shipping & Delivery Time and Costs

We aim to dispatch your order within five business days.

Enjoy complimentary shipping within Thailand for orders exceeding 500 Baht.

For international orders, free shipping is available for purchases over 1,000 Baht. This offer is applicable to South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, and Laos.

Customs & Duties

Customers are responsible for any customs or duties fees incurred during international shipping. We adhere to all international shipping requirements to ensure the secure delivery of your package.

The total amount you see at checkout is the final amount you will be charged. VAT and Duties are not collected upon delivery.

Return & Exchange Policies

For Change of Mind:

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. In exceptional cases, we may offer special consideration if you can provide satisfactory proof of purchase.

The merchandise must be in saleable condition, unused, and returned with all original packaging, including any gifts or bonuses received with the purchase (if applicable).

Requests for exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.

For Customer Guarantees:

If you believe an item is faulty or experiences a major failure, you may choose a refund or exchange.

Minor failures will result in item replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

Satisfactory proof of purchase is required before we can provide a remedy.

We do not offer exchanges; however, you are welcome to place a new order when you are ready.

Please note that worn, scratched, or damaged items will not be accepted. Wolf Circus reserves the right to deny and return items that do not meet these conditions.

All objects, sale items, sample sale items, custom orders, and discounted items are considered final sales.

Price protection is not applicable to orders placed before the start of a sale.

Returns for items purchased through our retailers are not accepted. Please contact the retailer directly to inquire about their return policy.
